Our doctors are dedicated to utilizing the safest and most effective treatment option available. Catalyst Pain Solutions is committed to “The Next Generation of Medicine” utilizing blood therapies and Stem Cell procedures for pain management for our patients.

Reiner Kremer, NMD, MPH, MPAS, PA-C

Dr. Kremer received his premedical and undergraduate training at Rutgers University and the National University of Health Sciences, his doctorate in naturopathic medicine from the American University of Integrative Medicine. He has trained with Chris Centeno, MD, Ron Hanson, MD, John Pitts, MD and John Schultz, MD, leaders in interventional and regenerative medicine.

In addition, he has earned a Masters in Public Health from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. Professional memberships include the American Academy of Orthopedic Medicine, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and the American Academy of Pain Management. Dr. Kremer has taken a leadership role in bringing safe, effective RegenexxTM family of procedures to serve our patients and community.

James Canavan, M.D.

Dr. Canavan, a pain management provider at Catalyst Pain Solutions, received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Oklahoma and did his residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Arizona. He is a quality-focused physician who employs a teamwork philosophy, working synergistically with medical associates and staff to achieve goals and objectives.

He takes a special interest in all sub-specialties of anesthesia (except cardiac) and acute & chronic pain management. Dr. Canavan also holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and holds associations with the American Board of Anesthesiology and the National Board of Medical Examiners.

Dennis Miller, M.D.

Dr. Dennis Miller graduated from Indiana University with a degree in medicine and a specialty in anesthesiology. Prior to joining Catalyst Pain Solutions, he has worked in many types of Anesthesia practices with the most recent being Texas Tech University in the Department of Anesthesiology prior to joining Catalyst Pain Solutions.

He comes to Catalyst Pain Solutions with extensive experience in pain management, research, and general anesthesia practice from pediatrics to major trauma. He is certified with the American Board of Anesthesiology.

Cecil Graham, M.D.

Dr. Graham is a native of West Virginia. He graduated with his undergraduate and medical degree from West Virginia University. Dr. Graham completed his residency in Anesthesiology and fellowship in Pain Management at Loma Linda Medical Center in California. Since moving to Arizona, he has practiced anesthesia at several area hospitals, most recently serving as the Regional Medical Director for Clinical Partners, P.A., supervising anesthesia services for four IASIS Healthcare facilities in Arizona. Dr. Graham has served as the President and founder of several medical organizations and has practiced in the area of chronic pain for over twenty years. He is an active member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the American Medical Association, the American Pain Society and the American Academy of Pain Management.

Jennessa Iannitelli, D.O.

Dr. Jennessa Iannitelli graduated medical school in 2006 from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. In 2005 she also received her Masters in Biomedical Science from Midwestern University. She completed her internship at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Michigan in 2007.

Dr. Iannitelli went on to complete her residency in Family Practice in 2010 at Pacific Hospital in California. She believes in a whole body and life approach to medicine and pain management. Dr. Iannitelli is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Family Practice, American Women’s Medical Association, Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery and the American Academy of Pain Management.
